• Reservations without complete information will be delayed, so be sure to include as much information as possible.
• All reservations require at least three (3) business days to be processed. Requests submitted with less than three days notice may not be processed, and the space may not be available.
• DO NOT publicize your event until you have received a confirmation or response from us.
• Please only have ONE person from your group, organization, or office submit the reservation.
• If you no longer need the reservation, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
as soon as possible.
• If you need to change an aspect of your event once you have reserved space, please send an email to email@example.com
